PCC women's soccer falls to Dodge City

After two games on the road, Pratt Community College women's soccer returned home to host Dodge City Community College. The match turned into a defensive battle through the 75th minute of the match with both teams locked in a scoreless tie. The Beavers defense faced a late game offensive attack by Dodge City which broke the tie. PCC falls to Dodge City 0-5.

Avery Villines led the offense for the Blue and White with a pair of shots in the match. Filling in the pipes for an injured Brittany Smith, Ingrid Reyes-Bolanos had 13 saves against Dodge City. Player of the game goes to Dodge City's Begona Rodriguez who finished with two goals and an assist.

PCC women's soccer hits the road to face Northwest Kansas Tech on Oct. 15. Kickoff for the match is set for 2 p.m.
