Three PCC women's soccer players sign to continue their collegiate careers

Three sophomores from the Pratt Community College women's soccer team have signed to continue their academic and athletic careers once their time at PCC comes to an end. Ryann Giggey and Veronica Hernandez have signed with Sterling College while Melani Eteaki has signed with Presentation College.

"It has been my pleasure to coach each of these girls," said PCC head women's soccer coach Ashley Burnett. "I have loved watching them grow and improve in their game, so I am excited to watch them continue their collegiate soccer career at the next level. I am very proud of them and wish them all the best in their next journey."

Giggey was a defensive presence for the Beavers at the midfielder position. She started 28 of the 32 games she played for the Blue and White.

Hernandez added a spark of offensive pressure from the midfield position to compliment Giggey. This past season Hernandez scored two goals and had an assist. She also started every game she played for Pratt in 2017.

Eteaki contributed to the Beavers as a defender the past two seasons. She started in 28 of the 29 games she played for Pratt including all 13 games she played in during the 2017 season.

Congratulations to Giggey, Hernandez, and Eteaki for their play for the Blue and White the past two season and best of luck for the future.
