AJ Banks Signs with the University of Wyoming

Having completed his time at Pratt Community College, sophomore guard AJ Banks has signed to continue his academic and athletic career. Banks signed with NCAA Division I University of Wyoming beginning in the fall of 2018.

"Each year AJ (Banks) pushes his ceiling as a basketball player," said Sean Flynn head men's basketball coach at PCC. "This comes as no surprise because he handles his academics, social life and day to day like a professional. His daily habits blend well with any four year program."

Banks excelled this past season as the starting point guard for the Beavers. In 25 games, Banks averaged 51 percent from field, 40 percent from three point range, 78 percent from the charity stripe and scoring 279 points while averaging 11 points per game. For his career at PCC, Banks finished with 478 points, 151 assists, 131 rebounds, 48 steals and 17 blocks.

Congratulations to Banks and best of luck in the future.
