The Pratt Community College baseball team swept the Jayhawk Conference weekly awards with Sean McElwee and Elerie Rivera being named the top pitcher and hitter in the conference.
"Pratt sophomore shortstop Elerie Rivera batted .615 (8-for-13) with two doubles, two triples, five runs scored and three driven in last week. He also had three straight multi-hit games.
Pratt sophomore pitcher Sean McElwee allowed just two hits and no run with 10 strikeouts over seven innings last week against Highland. He struck out the side in the 5th inning on 9 straight pitches."
