Men’s soccer comes up empty against Barton County

The Pratt Community College men's soccer team continued conference competition with a road game against Barton County Community College. Pratt fell to a record of 3-5 after suffering a defeat against Barton County. Barton County took down Pratt 7-0.

Goalkeeper Clayton Scott attempted to keep his team in the match by saving 11 of the 18 shots that came his way.

PCC took 11 shots in the game with six of them on goal, but none got past the keeper. Forward Francesco D'Aulerio led the Beavers with three shots.

Pratt's conference record dropped to 1-4 on the year after the defeat. The Beavers' place in the conference standing fell to seventh place as a result of the loss.

PCC men's soccer competes again against Hesston College on Sept. 25. The match is scheduled for 4 p.m.
