The 2023-24 school year will be Shae Napier's 5th season as the Head Coach at Pratt Community College.

With Coach Napier's guidance, PCC has produced 5x Conference Championship Titles and three top three finishes at NCA College Nationals.

In November of 2019 Coach Napier was tasked with the sizable responsibility of restoring the Beavers' cheerleading reputation in the KJCCC and the Beavers managed to form a group of men and women capable of performing at a level becoming of Napier's standards followed by their first winning season in 2019-2020 as the Region VI All-Girl and Gameday Conference Champions. "This is the first time in school history that Pratt has gone to the Region VI Conference Cheer Championship and won not ONE, but TWO championships," Napier said. "I could not be prouder of this group, and I could go on and on about the countless number of hours that this team put into this routine and all the literal blood, sweat and tears that have held this team together. This group will hold a special place in my heart and in the school's history as the first cheer team for PCC to bring home not one, but two Region VI Championship titles."

The conclusion of the 2020-2021 season brought yet additional Region VI conference titles to the program. The team placed First in the Gameday competition for the second year in a row and Second in the Small-Coed Division. Additionally, an all-girl stunt group entered the all-girl stunt competition and brought home the first ever championship all girl stunt title to Pratt Community College. Additionally, at the conclusion of the 2020-2021 season, Napier competed the 2021-2022 team at NCA College Nationals in Daytona Florida and placed second in Intermediate small co-ed open, bringing home the first ever NCA Collegiate title to Pratt Community College.

The conclusion of the 2021-2022 season brought the fourth consecutive Region VI Conference Championship title to the program for Intermediate Small Co-ed followed by third place at NCA College Nationals competing in Intermediate Co-ed Junior College division.

Most recently, the conclusion of the 2022-2023 season brought the fifth consecutive Region VI Conference championship title to the program competing for the first time ever in Intermediate Large Co-ed followed by the teams third appearance at 2023 NCA College Nationals and bringing home a second-place finish in the Intermediate Large Co-ed Open division.

With Coach Napier at the helm, the team is set to continually thrive and reclaim their place at PCC sporting events and in the community, by promoting school spirit, generating crowd enthusiasm, actively engaging Beaver fans, all the while demonstrating the required skills to perform at the highest degree. The team looks forward to attending National Cheerleaders Association College Camps each summer before the fall semester starts, being present at fall and spring sporting events, and appearing in and around the community. In 2023-2024, the Beavers plan to reappear at the 2024 NCA Nationals again and return to Region VI Conference Championship in the spring of 2024 to defend their current conference titles.
