Pratt, Kan. – Pratt Community College (PCC) and Head Coach Brittany Urenda are excited to announce the 2022 Volleyball schedule. The Beavers will face 11 non-conference opponents throughout the season. They will open the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) schedule on August 31.

The season will start with a trip to El Dorado, KS for the Butler Scrimmages on Saturday, August 13. They will open their season at home by hosting one of three tri tournaments this season. Both Independence Community College (ICC) & McPherson College (JV) will be in town on August 22. Match times are set for 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.  

On August 29, the team will travel to Lamar Community College (LCC) for a match. They will also travel to the Otero Junior College Tournament on September 16 and 17. In addition, they will participate in a tri tournament at Coffeyville Community College (CCC) on September 23.

KJCCC play starts at home on August 31 against defending KJCCC champions Butler Community College (BCC). Match time is set for 6:30 pm in the Beaver Dome. The team will play a home and away series with all eight conference opponents ending on October 26 at home against Cloud County Community College (CCCC).  

The volleyball team will return six players from last season’s roster. Pratt finished 11-23 overall and 2-14 in conference play last year. The team finished their season in the first round of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region VI Tournament. They lost to Butler 3-0.
