The Beaver Cross Country team has been busy preparing and is ready to open their season at the Terry Masterson Twilight Classic on Friday, September 1 in Hutchinson, KS. This year's team is led by sophomores Jace Baker and Colton Ohlde. Three freshmen along with Tishere Dockery who ran track & field last spring will compete on the men's team this season. Three brand new freshmen including Madison Butler, Jaeli Deel, Riley Grusing will make up the women's team.  

"We start the season up team numbers wise from the year before. We look forward to starting the season with some personal best after a hard summer of training and the addition of new faces," said Director of Track & Field and Cross-Country Mathew Scott. "Welcome to the start of an exciting journey as we lace up our shoes and embark on a new cross-country season. With anticipation in our hearts and determination in our strides, we're eager to embrace the challenges and triumphs that lie ahead."
