PCC men's soccer falls to NOC-Tonkawa

The Pratt Community College men's soccer team returned home for a non-conference game against Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa. The Beavers met a stifling defense from NOC-Tonkawa. The Blue and White falls to NOC-Tonkawa 0-3.

Sam Hatungiami-Irakoze and Franchesco D'Aurelio tried to spark the Beaver offense against NOC-Tonkawa. Both players managed a pair of shots each. The NOC-Tonkawa defense held against shots from the Blue and White keeping the shots off the goal frame. Goalkeeper Martin Esquivel manned the pipes for Pratt in the second half making several key saves. He would finish the game with five saves. Player of the game goes to NOC-Tonkawa's Rojay Smith who played a role in each of the Maverick's goals. He ended the game with two goals and an assist.

PCC men's soccer travels to Garden City for a game on Sept. 22. Kickoff for the game is set for 4 p.m.
