Pratt Community College wrestling hosted #10 Barton Community College for the first of two home duals for the Blue and White this season. The Beavers battled the Cougars, but came up short. PCC wrestling drops the dual 10-41.

The dual started off with the 125lbs class. Kelvys Gonzalez returned to action against Andres Duron. Gonzalez battled with Duron into the third period of the match. Before the final bell Duron managed to get a pin on Gonzalez. After an open class at 133, PCC fell behind early 0-12.

The Blue and White rallied in the 141 and 149 lbs. classes. At 141, Pratt's Kevin Kissane took on fifth ranked Keaton Sanders. Kissane took the hard fought match by a 12-4 decision. Following the match Dalton Hensley of Pratt faced Emanuel Peralta at 149. Hensley secured a pin victory to cut the lead to 10-12 heading into the intermission.

After the break, Barton secured the dual winning three matches by decision and two by fall.
