PCC baseball hit the road for a midweek matchup against Hesston College. The Beavers took an early lead bringing home nine runs in the first five innings. Hesston rallied in the bottom of the fifth with seven runs to bring the lead down to a single run. Pratt would not be stopped and continued adding runs to the lead scoring in each inning of the game. Further extending the lead in the fifth, Gage hit a second home run for the game to give PCC a 9-1 heading into the bottom of the fifth. Sparked by a grand slam, Hesston clawed all the way back to stand a run away from tying the game. That would be as close as Hesston would come as the Beaver bats continued to produce runs and score each time at the plate. Sean Johnson rounded out the scoring for the Blue and White with a home run in the ninth. Pratt gave up a run in Hesston's last at bat, but held on for the victory.

Pratt had an explosive offense against Hesston. Elerie Rivera finished the game three for six at the plate with three runs and an RBI. Axline, who sparked the offense for the Blue and White with a home run, batted three for four at the plate with four RBIs and two runs. Johnson hit three for five with two runs and an RBI. Johnson was a single away from hitting for the cycle against Hesston.
