Beavers Have 65 Student Athletes Named to the NJCAA All-Academic Teams

The National Junior College Athletic Association announced the 2023-24 NJCAA academic teams of the year and the NJCAA all-academic teams. To be recognized as a NJCAA academic team of the year you must have a cumulative team grade point average of 3.00 or higher. Seven teams from Pratt Community College were named to the NJCAA academic teams of the year. 

The seven teams recognized include baseball (3.50), women’s basketball (3.14), men’s soccer (3.39), men’s tennis (3.29), women’s tennis (3.04) and volleyball (3.19). For the twelfth consecutive year the Pratt wrestling team was named the NJCAA wrestling academic team of the year with a 3.43 team grade point average.  

The Beavers had 65 student athletes honored throughout the three NJCAA All-Academic teams. Student-athletes are eligible to earn academic honors by achieving an overall GPA of 3.60 or higher for the 2023-24 academic year.
