PCC Welcomes Assistant Coach to Flag Football

Pratt Community College is proud to introduce Sade’ Roberts as the Assistant Coach for the Women’s Flag Football program. Coach Roberts brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion for the game, making her an invaluable addition to the Beavers' coaching staff.

Experience & Background

Coach Roberts has been involved in football for 14 years, including 10 years of women’s full-contact football at the highest levels. She has spent the past three years as a player coach, gaining a deep understanding of the game from both an athlete’s and a coach’s perspective.

As the owner and former player of the OKC Lady Force, a women’s professional full-contact football team competing in the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA), Coach Roberts played a crucial role in building the program into a championship contender. Under her leadership, the Force produced multiple All-Americans, competed against professional teams, and upheld a culture of discipline, hard work, and excellence.

Her personal achievements include being a 4x All-American, 6-time champion, and a National Champion. She has been recognized multiple times as Team MVP, demonstrating not only her skill on the field but also her ability to inspire and lead those around her.

Why Pratt?

Coach Roberts chose to join Pratt Community College because of its commitment to growing women’s athletics and its investment in the future of women’s flag football. The opportunity to build a competitive program from the ground up, mentor young athletes, and be part of the sport’s expansion at the collegiate level was an exciting challenge she couldn’t pass up.

She also joined Pratt to reunite with Abbi Munson, a fellow Oklahoma Lady Force alum. Having played alongside Abbi, Coach Roberts has firsthand experience with her dedication and competitive spirit, and she is eager to work alongside her again to establish a strong and successful women’s flag football program.

Vision for the Program

With Coach Roberts joining the staff, the vision for the program is clear and ambitious. She is committed to:

Building a strong foundation with an emphasis on fundamentals, discipline, and skill development.

Creating a competitive and winning culture that prioritizes teamwork, accountability, and perseverance.

Developing student-athletes into leaders—both on and off the field—through mentorship, structure, and a championship mindset.

She believes that Pratt Women’s Flag Football will become a dominant and respected program in collegiate athletics with the right work ethic and team mentality.
