The Beaver Coaching Family welcomes a new member this semester. Brandon Jackson will be leading the women’s soccer program!

Athletic Director Larry Johnston shared some thoughts on his new hire, saying, “Brandon will be a great cultural fit for PCC Athletics.  His experience as both a player and coach at the college and university level will be a great asset to the PCC women’s soccer program.”

Brandon Jackson comes to Pratt Community College after two successful seasons as the Head Coach of Women’s Soccer Coach at Garrett College (MD).  During his time there, he was able to start their first ever women’s soccer program.  In just two years he was able to finish in the top four in the region and get six players nominated to the all-region team.

"I am incredibly grateful and excited for the opportunity to lead the women's soccer program at Pratt Community College.  I am ready to compete in the powerhouse Jayhawk Conference and help move the program back to its winning ways," says Jackson.

An Indiana native, Jackson started his collegiate athletic career at Taylor University (IN).  Was voted as a freshman All-American selection while at Taylor University.  Jackson then transferred to Pearl River Community College (MS) for his Sophomore season. Jackson was voted Male-Student Athlete of the year at Pearl River. Jackson concluded his final two years of college playing at Lindenwood University (IL).  Jackson was a two-year starter at Lindenwood.  While attending Lindenwood, Jackson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Education

Jackson noted, "I believe that college athletics can be used as a tool to instill core values in the individual, enhance the student's success in the classroom, and develop the athlete at the next level. I want to create an environment of winning excellence that fosters student-athletes both winning on and off the field."

Help us Welcome a great new coach and leader to our campus!
