Madison took over as the Head Coach prior to the start of the 2026 regular season. 

The 2024-2025 school year was Madison Tadrus' 3rd season as the assistant coach of the Beavers’ softball program. 

In Tadrus' first season, the softball team finished the 2022-2023 school year with an overall record of 5-45 and a conference record of 4-28. The team finished eighth in the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference standings therefore qualifying for the 2023 NJCCA Region VI D1 Softball Championship for the first time since 2018. 

Coach Tadrus played outfield for the Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens from 2019-2022 earning all-conference honors in 2021.
