A First-Team All-KJCCC selection following the 2019-20 season, Jamel Horton, a redshirt sophomore, has also been named to the All-Region VI Second-Team.

Horton averaged 17.3 points per game, fifth-best in the KJCCC. A point guard, the Queens, New York native also finished with a per-game average of 4.6 assists, also the fifth-highest total in the KJCCC. Horton was recognized by the conference earlier this season, when he was named the Player of the Week for Week 10, when he averaged 23.7 points per game while shooting 47 percent from the field.
