Johnson, Dingle, and Vaughn Receive All-KJCCC Honors

Pratt, Kan. - The Pratt Community College men’s and women’s basketball teams had three students honored among them on the 2024-25 All-KJCCC basketball honoree list. The women had one honorable mention honoree while the men had two honorable mention honorees.  

Freshman La’Kyra Johnson was named to the honorable mention list for the 2024-25 All-KJCCC Women’s Basketball honorees. Johnson finished her season with an average of 14.6 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game. In 30 games played, she had a field goal percentage of 32.0% and shot 62.8% from the free throw line. Johnson led the team all season with points and rebounds per game and season totals.  

On the men’s side, both Jarrett Dingle and Hunter Vaugh received honorable mention honors for the 2024-25 All-KJCCC Men’s Basketball honorees. Sophomore Dingle lead the team with an average of 16.7 points per game and was a consistent free throw shooter for the Beavers with a free throw percentage of 81.9 percent. On other hand, Vaughn averaged 15.2 points a game and was also an equally productive free throw shooting for Pratt with an 85.4 percent. Vaughn also led the team in assists with an average of 4.5 a game. In addition, Dingle and Vaugh led the team in total minutes played this season.
