Following a 17-14 (11-11) year in his third season at Pratt Community College, head women's basketball coach John Ishee was named a finalist for the 2020 United States Marine Corps/Women's Basketball Coaches Association Two-Year College National Coach Of The Year. Ishee was among the five coaches selected as candidates for the award, chosen by a committee of coaches.
Earlier today, Ishee tweeted his reaction in regards to his nomination.

In his three full seasons leading Pratt women's basketball, Ishee has compiled a 40-51 record, though the Beavers are 37-25 over the past two seasons as the Mississippi native has put his stamp on the program.
