The Beaver women's basketball team traveled to Coffeyville on February 22nd to take on the Red Ravens. This was the second meeting between the two opponents with Pratt taking game one 69-57 in the Beaver Dome.  

Coffeyville started out the game on a 13-6 run in the first five minutes of the game. With 1:56 left in the first quarter Pratt cut the Red Raven led to two 15-13. As time expired in the first quarter the Beavers tied the game up at 17 a piece. Pratt took their first lead of the game 19-17 in the first minute of the second quarter. The Beavers held a 29-21 lead with 5:20 left to go until halftime. They continued to lead 31-24 with three minutes left in the quarter. With 23 seconds left the Red Ravens pulled to within three 33-30 and made a last second shot to be down one at halftime 33-32. 

The Red Ravens took the lead back at the 8:44 mark of the third quarter 36-35. Pratt was able to tie the game back up 38 all at the 7:39 mark. After three lead changes and one tie, the Red Ravens held onto their lead throughout the rest of the third quarter. Coffeyville was up 51-44 as the game entered the final quarter of play. With 8:40 left in the game, Coffeyville grew their lead to ten 56-46. The Red Ravens outscored Pratt 18-14 to roll to a 69-58 victory.  

Princess Anderson led the team with 19 points. Isis Sanders had 16 points in the game. The Beavers continued to focus on ball control and only turned the ball over 10 times. They did, however, get outrebounded 49-36. Pratt will return home on Saturday, February 25 to face Dodge City. Gametime is set for 2:00 pm.
