The Pratt Community College volleyball team defeated the T-Birds of Cloud County Community College in a match on Wednesday, October 30 with a final score of 3-1. After the match, the Beavers honored their five sophomores.  

In the first set, Pratt jumped out to an early lead and won the set 25-13. In the second set, Cloud County bounced back early and managed to stop a late Beaver run to win set two 25-22. The Beavers took care of business in both the third and fourth sets, winning 25-17 and 25-16. 

The Beavers had a strong offensive performance, with Francesca Battaglia leading the team with 13 kills and 16 points. Rylie Hallman also contributed significantly with 38 assists and 10.5 points.  

The Beavers will host Butler Community College on Saturday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dennis Lesh Sports Arena. This will be the final regular season match for Pratt before starting the NJCAA Region Six tournament.
